About Us

Our Story

Pacific Fairytales (formerly My Little Princess Events) was founded by actor/writer Kirsty Provan in the Spring of 2012.

“(The idea) came from one of my favourite books by Frances Hodgson Burnett. In it she says, ‘I am a Princess. All girls are. Even if they live in tiny old attics, even if they dress in rags, even if they aren’t pretty, or smart, or young. They’re still princesses.’

I thought if I could show those children- the ones who don’t feel pretty, or smart, or young- how incredibly loved they are, then that would be a company worth starting. It seemed like a pretty good mandate.”
